Throughout the year, the Castel Fleuri Restaurant opens its doors to you and offers traditional, modern, and creative cuisine. The beautiful local produce is showcased on plates where everything is homemade. This earned us the "Maître Restaurateur" label.

For several years now, Chef Jérémy Buthon has been dedicated to delighting your taste buds and senses.

For a candlelit dinner, a business lunch, or a meal with friends, reserve your table on the terrace shaded by the two-hundred-year-old plane trees, in the pretty dining room where local artists are exhibited, or on the veranda, overlooking the vineyards.

Currently, we are open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner and closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The menu changes according to the seasons and the Chef's inspirations. But, most of the time, you'll find well-known recipes from French cuisine, enhanced with a touch of creativity.

  • Gourmet Menu: Choose a starter, main course, or a Chef's Delicacy from the menu for €45
  • Menu of the Day: Starter, main course, and dessert, or Starter and main course, or main course and dessert, available weekdays only, excluding public holidays.

To accompany your meal, the regional wine list includes mocktails, cocktails, hot drinks, and refreshing drinks, depending on your tastes.

The evenings

During the summer season, our restaurant in Carnoules comes alive with festive and friendly evenings.

Meet us on Saturday evenings in July and August for enjoyable musical evenings in our restaurant, Le Castel Fleuri.

During these evenings, we welcome artists and singers for concerts and karaoke evenings. Reservations are strongly recommended!
